Well, I bought my first Power Dogg 2 years ago. That year I owned three Power Doggs and used them a great deal. So I hope you will take all comments for what they are. My opinion and review are based on owning and actually using the Power Dogg in various conditions and different times all over a 2 year period! Some were in extreme cold (most were), some in mild conditions, and numerous times, during snow fall, and rain! Yes, RAIN!
